TerraGhost 0.2.0 - Change log
- Upgraded to Godot 4.4.1
[ Godot 4.4 comes with many engine improvements, which comes with a feature that is very nice to have in TerraGhost. Said feature will be mentioned in this change log ]
- Added 3D Physics Interpolation for the Ball physics
- Reduced ball physics tickrate from 180 to 64
[ With the introduction of 3D Physics Interpolation in Godot 4.4, I do no longer need to put excessively high tickrates and sacrifice performance for the ball to travel smoothly. Now the tickrate should be high enough and the ball still travling smoothly regardless of framerate. ]
- Increased ball fallrate to adjust for the tickrate changes
- Small tweaks made on the ball physics behavior to make it's trajectory more predictable
